Trip to the New England Aquarium

For the longest time, my friends and I had been dyinggg to take a trip to the “fish house” (as we like to call it). I hadn’t been to the New England Aquarium in years! Probably since I was around 13 years old.

I, of course, brought my camera along to document this momentous visit. I was interested to see how the images would turn out since I had to photograph the fish through thick glass, and refraction would definitely become an issue sooner or later. The end result surprised me though! It was a challenge with the dim lighting and moving subjects, but I came out of it with some of my favorite personal photos I’ve taken in a while! Wintertime is usually uneventful in terms of photography, so this really spiced it up for me.

We ventured off to Faneuil Hall shortly after! I captured some pretty unexpected moments from the second floor of Urban Outfitters :-)
